Role and Responsibilities

Firstly, all Volunteers must have read and understood the following with covers the the role and responsibilities of a being a Volunteer for and on behalf of Three Bears Foundation:

By partnering with the Three bears Foundation:

  • Volunteers will be provided with a copy of our Three Bears Volunteer Manual.
  • Volunteers go through a short induction session, to become aware of the aims and goals, plus the guidelines of how we operate and the culture of the Foundation.
  • A volunteers role is to help with organising and running on behalf of the Foundation.
  • All volunteer led events must have been pre-agreed events with the Trustees.
  • All marketing materials being used must be provided by the Foundation to ensure brand consistency.
  • Any Volunteer led events include preparing materials, reaching out to participants, and promoting the event.
  • On the day of the event, they assist with registration, setup, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Volunteers also support day-to-day tasks like answering calls, administrative work, and spreading awareness about the charity.
  • They help with fundraising and may assist in providing services to those the charity supports.
  • In return Volunteers will be provided with one piece of branded merchandise from our range.
